Colour & extensions with Erin
For hair that needs more than colour

Erin | Colourist & Extension Specialist
Erin looks at colour and extensions together, because sometimes the hair you want needs colour, sometimes it needs added hair and sometimes it needs both. The point is to work out what will get you there, rather than sell you an appointment that only solves half the problem.
Brunettes, coppers and blondes are her thing, whether you want to change your colour completely or you like what you have but something about it feels off. A brunette can feel flat, a blonde can lose its definition and a copper can need more than another layer of brightness. She looks at the tone, depth and placement, along with how you want your hair to look when you’re wearing it every day.
And extensions give her more ways to work with that.
You might want length, thicker ends or more fullness where your own hair is finer, but you can also use extensions to change the colour you see. Blonde pieces, a lighter effect through the lengths or a pop of something colourful can be added without colouring your natural hair. You don’t have to want waist length hair to have a reason to wear them.
The colour match matters when you want everything to blend, and the placement matters just as much when you want the added colour to show. Either way, the extensions need to make sense with your haircut and the way your hair moves, rather than look like an extra bit attached underneath.
Erin works with tape and weft extensions, and your consultation brings the whole idea together: the colour, shape, length, condition and what you’re prepared to maintain. You’ll know what needs doing in the salon and what you’ll need to do at home, because the upkeep is part of the decision.
For appointments that need Marta’s specialist colour work alongside Erin’s extensions, they can plan it together. One result, with both working towards it.
This is for you if you want your colour and length planned together by one person, highlights or balayage that grow out softly and extensions matched to your colour and blended into your cut.
If you want to supply your own extension hair, skip the consultation, chase the quickest or cheapest option or insist on a result your hair can’t support yet, we’re unlikely to be the right fit. And if you’re not prepared to spend money on maintenance appointments and proper aftercare, don’t get extensions, because the fitting is only part of the cost.
HOW APPOINTMENTS WORK
Appointments begin with a Consultation.
Time is taken to understand your colour history, how you wear your hair and how much upkeep you want to commit to between visits.
Colour and extensions are planned together, so the shade, the placement and the length work as one result instead of being fixed one after the other.
Extension hair is ordered for you after your consultation and matched to your colour before it is fitted.
You'll be shown how to wash, brush and style your hair at home so your colour and your extensions last.
All appointments are 1:1 to give you maximum attention.
